We store all personal data collected or processed via the website on our own web servers. Insofar as we make use of the infrastructure of external service providers in doing so, we have ensured that this always takes place on the basis of the required data processing agreements.

In the course of the ongoing development of data protection law as well as technological or organisational changes, our privacy notice is reviewed regularly for any need for adjustment or supplementation and updated as required.
B. General Data Processing When Accessing Our Website
Log Files
When our web pages are accessed, a log record (so-called server log file) is stored on our web server, which also includes, among other things, the IP address of the website visitor. The data within these server log files is required, among other purposes, in order to display the content of our web pages correctly and to ensure the security of our IT infrastructure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The log files are deleted regularly and automatically by our hosting provider. Tools and Cookies
This website currently does not use any services or applications that store information on your device or access such information (e.g. cookies, web storage, JavaScripts or pixels).
Analytics and Marketing Tools
We currently do not use any tools on our website with which we might, for example, analyse user behaviour. The same applies to the use of so-called marketing tools.
Other Specific Data Processing
Contact Form
We offer a contact form on our website in order to answer questions from interested parties and users and to provide information about our services. We process the enquiries and information sent to us in this context solely in order to handle your enquiry and to get in touch with you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We store your data for no longer than the duration of any business relationship with you resulting from it (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Should no such business and contractual relationship arise as a result of the enquiry, we will delete your data no later than twenty-four (24) months after our last contact with you. The right to object to the processing beforehand or to request erasure of course remains unaffected.
Social Media
We maintain profiles on online platforms and social networks in order to interact with potential or existing customers, to exchange ideas with interested parties and users, or to promote our offers and services. We operate our profiles under so-called joint (data protection) responsibility with the providers. Data that you share or publish directly via the online platforms and networks (e.g. via comment and chat functions) we process as the controller, in order to interact or exchange ideas with you where applicable. In the course of this interaction we may also receive statistical data from the platform operators regarding the use of our “channels and fan pages”. This includes, for example, information about interactions, likes, comments or aggregated information and statistics (e.g. IP address; origin of followers) that help us to learn something about the interactions with our page. The legal basis for the data processing within our area of responsibility is Art. 6(1)(1)(f) GDPR.
However, the providers also process data under their own responsibility. We have no influence over data that the provider processes under its own responsibility in accordance with its own terms of use and privacy policies. We point out that when accessing the aforementioned providers, further data (e.g. relating to your usage and “browsing behaviour”) may under certain circumstances be collected and, where applicable, transmitted to the provider. Please also note that, in the event of interaction via the aforementioned media, data may also be processed outside the territory of the European Union. Furthermore, users’ data is generally processed for market research and advertising purposes. For example, usage profiles may be created from users’ usage behaviour and the interests derived from it. These usage profiles may in turn be used, for example, to display advertisements both within and outside the platforms that presumably correspond to the users’ interests. Insofar as we hold personal data concerning you in connection with the use of the online platforms and networks, please direct your concerns to us. Your Rights
You may assert your rights as a data subject with regard to your processed personal data against us at any time using the contact details provided at the outset. In particular, you have the following rights:
Art. 15 GDPR: Right of access to the data we process concerning you
This includes, in particular, the right to information about the purposes of processing, the category of data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, the intended storage period, the existence of a right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or objection, the existence of a right to lodge a complaint, the origin of your data insofar as it was not collected by us, as well as the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling, and, where applicable, meaningful information about the details thereof.
Art. 16 GDPR: Right to rectification of inaccurate data or completion of the data stored by us.
The right to rectification means, in particular, that you have the right to obtain from us, without undue delay, the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you as well as the completion of incomplete personal data.
Art. 17 GDPR: Right to erasure of the data stored by us
The right to erasure means that, as a matter of principle, you have the right to obtain from us the erasure of personal data concerning you without undue delay, and we are obliged to erase personal data without undue delay. This may be the case, for example, where personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed.
Art. 18 GDPR: Right to restriction of the processing of the data.
The right to restriction may become relevant if you contest the accuracy of the personal data.
Art. 20 GDPR: Right to receive your data (“data portability”).
The right to data portability means that, as a matter of principle, you have the right to receive the personal data concerning you that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and that you have the right to transmit this data to another controller without hindrance from us.
Art. 21 GDPR: Right to object to the processing, insofar as the processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(1)(e) or (f) GDPR.
As a data subject, you have the right, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you that is carried out on the basis of Article 6(1)(e) or (f) GDPR; this also applies to profiling based on these provisions. Where personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purposes of such marketing; this also applies to profiling insofar as it is connected with such direct marketing.
Art. 77 GDPR: Right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
